Accelerate your career by joining BMO’s Corporate Revenue team, reporting to the Head & LFO, Corporate Revenue. You’ll have a unique opportunity to help execute and transform the corporate revenue function across forecasting, reporting, governance, and accountability. You’ll deliver engaging and high-impact work that will provide exposure to BMO’s finance, treasury, and risk senior leadership and build your brand and network across the bank. You’ll be integrated into BMO’s broader Corporate Strategy and Enterprise Transformation team, which supports BMO’s Executive Committee in strategic decision-making and value delivery to create sustained competitive advantage for the bank.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Develop detailed financial and economic analysis to support business decision-making.
  2. Collaborate with business leaders and Finance partners to provide financial advice and support financial management activities.
  3. Monitor and manage financial performance against plans, forecasts, initiatives, and objectives.
  4. Generate insights to support business decisions aimed at revenue growth, cost management, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

  • Typically 9+ years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
  • Extensive industry knowledge with recognized expertise.
  • Strong communication, analytical, influence, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.

Salary: $128,000.00 - $238,000.00

Pay Type: Salaried
