Job description

Director, Corporate Finance | $220K–$250K Base + Bonus

I’m partnering with a high-growth U.S. technology business to hire a Director of Corporate Finance into a highly visible role reporting directly to the CFO.

This isn’t a traditional FP&A position. The successful candidate will sit at the intersection of corporate finance, strategic FP&A and capital markets, with direct exposure to executive leadership, investors, banks and external advisors.

The role will own areas including:

• Long-range financial planning and integrated financial modelling


• Three-statement modelling, scenario analysis and forecasting


• Capital structure, liquidity and financing strategy


• Debt/equity financing analysis and capital allocation


• Executive and Board-level financial materials


• Investor and capital-markets knowledge.


• Financial diligence and transaction support


• KPI, budget vs. actual and business performance analysis

We’re particularly interested in people with 10+ years across Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, M&A, PE or Equity Capital Markets.

Experience working within or alongside a publicly traded business would be highly attractive, as would direct exposure to an IPO or significant capital-markets transaction.

Industrial, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure or technology experience is a plus.
