Job summary

ACC Recruiters is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to own financial planning, analysis, and performance reporting for a growing organization. You will work closely with the CFO and executive leadership to develop forecasts, build financial models, evaluate performance, and provide strategic insights that drive decisions.

The role leads budgeting and forecasting, develops KPIs, and supports ownership reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical capabilities
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with financial planning/reporting tools
• Strong business acumen linking financial results to operations
• Ability to manage projects and priorities as an individual contributor
• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior leadership
• Experience with executives or PE-backed organizations is a plus
