Williams seeks a Director of Corporate Development to lead a team of financial and business development professionals, driving capital allocation and strategic investment case development in collaboration with executive leadership.

This role emphasizes mentorship, budgeting, and market analysis to deliver industry-leading results, with hybrid work in Tulsa and strong growth opportunities in the energy sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of supervisory/management experience and 10+ years in finance analysis.
• CFA preferred; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates business opportunities, develops business cases, implements and leads capital allocation strategies.
• Coordinates development of strategic business cases, presentation of investment opportunities and supporting analysis to executive management, and development of capital allocation business cases for presentation to our Board of Directors
• Coordinates workforce planning and career development for team members
• Develops/handles budgets, plan and forecasts; conducts regular cost analysis
• Fosters an environment where team members can apply their expertise to develop creative and innovative solutions to our business challenges
• Demonstrates strategic vision by anticipating internal and external trends or direction based on knowledge of enterprise strategy and external market conditions and opportunities
• Identifies, assesses, evaluates and prioritizes investment opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Cultivates positive relationships with our senior leaders and internal/external business partners regarding strategic investment decisions
• Other duties as assigned
