Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, engineering or related field with strong academics
• 7–10+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or power industry in an M&A function
• Superior financial modeling skills with ability to work independently
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities
• Solid understanding of finance, project finance, and accounting principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Integrity and ability to work with a diverse group of professionals
• Highly motivated and self-driven in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous attention to detail and ownership over work product
• Effective working both independently and collaboratively
• Professional demeanor across levels of organization
