Pursuit Collection in Denver seeks a Director of Corporate Development to scale its acquisition strategy across iconic destinations. You will lead pipeline development, manage relationships with owners, brokers, and investors, and guide transactions from outreach through close.

The role oversees due diligence, financial modeling, investment theses, and governance materials presented to executives and the board.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
• Experience managing diligence workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with executives and boards.
• MBA/CFA preferred for advanced valuation and investment theses.

Responsibilities

• Build and actively manage a robust acquisition pipeline.
• Lead transaction evaluation from initial outreach to signing and closing.
• Direct due diligence across multiple functions and coordinate with advisors.
• Develop investment theses, valuation analyses, and financing considerations.
• Prepare investment committee and Board materials and present opportunities.
