Job summary

Pursuit is seeking a Director of Corporate Development in Denver to scale our acquisition strategy across iconic destinations. The role focuses on building pipeline, evaluating opportunities, and leading due diligence with cross-functional teams.

You will own financial modeling, investment theses, and transaction terms, coordinating with executives and external advisors. The position offers a substantial salary, an annual bonus, RSU grant, and wide-ranging Pursuit perks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related analytical discipline.
• 8+ years progressive experience in corporate development, private equity, investment banking, or related fields.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, leisure, attractions, consumer experiences, real estate, or asset-intensive businesses.
• Demonstrated experience leading acquisitions, divestitures, or strategic investments from initial evaluation through close.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the acquisition pipeline.
• Lead transaction evaluation and execution from initial outreach to closing.
• Direct due diligence and risk assessment across cross-functional teams.
• Drive investment decision-making and governance with clear written and verbal communications.
• Support transaction closing and integration readiness.
