Job summary

CarterPierce, INC. is partnering with a leading PE-backed healthcare company to recruit a Director of Corporate Development. You will own a high-velocity M&A workflow from evaluation to close, building financial models, valuation analyses, and Investment Committee materials.

You will lead a lean team, develop Letters of Intent, manage due diligence, and coordinate physician relationships, while engaging with senior stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of post-undergraduate experience.
• Prior investment banking experience with PE or corporate development exposure.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation and transaction execution skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deals and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a lean team in the M&A process from evaluation through close.
• Conduct financial modeling and valuation.
