Job summary

CarterPierce, INC. is seeking a Head of Corporate Development to lead deal execution as the company scales via an active acquisition strategy. The role owns the end-to-end process—from initial seller conversations through diligence and closing—across platform acquisitions and tuck-ins, reporting directly to the CFO.

You will manage seller relationships, oversee deal teams, drive cross-functional collaboration for integration, and build a high-performing corporate development function.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in related roles.
• 1–2 years in investment banking plus 3+ years buy-side/corporate development experience.
• Background in private equity or corporate M&A/corporate development.

This role owns deal execution end-to-end once a target is in the pipeline — from initial calls with sellers through full diligence and close — across both platform acquisitions and tuck-in deals. Reports directly to the company's CFO.
