Responsibilities

• Develop staff, lead projects and deploy resources using tools like work queues and calendars.
• Set direction and expectations for your team, define training plans and knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to the area’s business plan, establish risk and contingency plans and address issues with urgency.
• Build and manage relationships with business unit partners, other infrastructure departments, and external clients.
• Manage the Corporate Deposits Operations team responsible for transaction monitoring, payment processing, exception management, controls and issue resolution.
• Drive go-live readiness, operating model development, control execution, and continuous process improvement with stakeholders across functions.
