Job summary

You will oversee transaction processing, controls, risk management and scalable delivery of a strategic banking product.

The role requires building staff capabilities, setting training plans, and maintaining strong governance across stakeholder groups to support the firm’s operations and client service objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant banking operations or treasury experience.
• Experience leading teams, driving control improvements and reducing operational risk.
• Ability to manage budgets and demonstrate commercially aware decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Corporate Deposits Operations team, overseeing transaction monitoring and processing.
• Develop and execute control frameworks, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Drive go-live readiness, operating model development and continuous process improvement.
• Build relationships with business partners and external contacts across Morgan Stanley.
