Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree viewed favorably.
  • 10 years’ experience in Corporate Communications or related field.
  • Proven experience developing and executing earned and owned media programs that generate coverage.
  • Experienced account management across multiple clients.
  • Creative and confident handling client relationships at all levels.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented with mentoring abilities.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Ability to work outside typical business hours across time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client accounts on a day-to-day basis, managing priorities across multiple engagements and deadlines.
  • Own message and narrative development across a client’s executive bench for consistency.
  • Build and manage integrated editorial calendars spanning owned and earned channels.
  • Draft executive content, including LinkedIn posts, bylines, speeches, and talking points.
  • Monitor news, industry trends, and cultural moments to surface timely opportunities for client commentary.
  • Secure high-impact visibility opportunities, including media interviews, podcasts, and speaking engagements.
  • Track progress against visibility goals and translate results into recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and deepen engagement over time.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for an experienced communications professional to execute corporate communications in a global, high growth company. The ideal candidate will be strategic and forward-thinking, able to execute flawlessly, excited about engaging with the media on a proactive and reactive basis, client-obsessed and detail-oriented, and an entrepreneurial self-starter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client accounts on a day-to-day basis, effectively managing priorities across multiple engagements and competing deadlines
  • Own message and narrative development across a client’s executive bench, ensuring consistency across audiences and channels
  • Build and manage integrated editorial calendars spanning owned and earned channels
  • Draft executive content, including LinkedIn posts, bylines, speeches, and talking points
  • Monitor news, industry trends, and cultural moments to surface timely opportunities for client commentary
  • Secure high-impact visibility opportunities, including media interviews, podcast placements, speaking engagements, and award submissions
  • Track progress against visibility goals and translate results into recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and deepen engagement over time
Qualifications
  • 10 years’ experience of working in Corporate Communications, public relations, media relations, or financial communications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree viewed favorably
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful earned and owned media programs that generate coverage
  • Experienced account manager, adept at maintaining client service while juggling multiple demands
  • Creative, ambitious, and confident dealing with client relationships and issues at all levels
  • An effective team player with a collaborative and pragmatic approach to working
  • Team player, keen to take an active role in guiding and bringing on junior team members
  • Ability to work outside typical business hours to accommodate meetings with global team members across multiple time zones.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
