Parts Town, the fastest-growing distributor of restaurant equipment and parts, seeks a Director of Corporate Accounting to lead the close process and strengthen controls as the business scales. You’ll manage monthly, quarterly and annual closes, oversee the general ledger, consolidations and intercompany accounting, and partner with auditors and finance teams.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, US GAAP expertise, CPA license, and prior multi-entity or

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience including leadership of teams and complex close processes.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, consolidated financial reporting and internal controls.
• Experience in a multi-entity organization; global or international accounting is a plus.
• Experience supporting SOX implementation, compliance, or a similar controls environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead corporate accounting operations and coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual close activities across the organization.
• Oversee general ledger integrity, consolidations, intercompany accounting, account reconciliations and close review procedures.
• Ensure financial results and supporting schedules are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
• Review complex accounting areas including equity, leases, revenue recognition, foreign currency, acquisitions and impairments.
