Job summary

PrizePicks, a leading daily fantasy sports platform, is seeking a strategic product leader to own a core pod across payments, accounts & fraud, or responsible gaming & compliance. The role partners with Finance, Risk, Legal, Ops, and Engineering to drive trust, monetization, and regulatory compliance at scale.

You will shape multi-year roadmaps, balance growth with compliance, and build scalable systems for new states and player volumes while protecting players and the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with leadership of a small PM team or squad.
• Deep expertise in payments/monetization, fraud prevention/account security, or compliance.
• Proven ability to ship complex, cross-functional products that move metrics.
• Strong people leadership, mentorship, and accountability.
• Strategic thinking with ability to trade off competing priorities.
• Experience in fintech, gaming, payments, or healthcare regulated spaces.
• Mastery of web and mobile product experiences (App Store & Google Play).

Responsibilities

• Own Pod Strategy & Vision: lead a focused domain and multi-year roadmap.
• Build scalable systems to support states, payment methods, and scale.
• Design tooling and processes to reduce manual work and friction.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Finance, Ops, CX, and Data.
• Communicate vision and progress to leadership and secure resources.
