• Familiarity with semantic-web standards like ODCS, DCAT, SKOS, OWL/RDF.
• Experience with data governance platforms such as Collibra or Alation.
• Strong people-leadership skills, including hiring and team management.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Core Data Management to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead enterprise-wide data and metadata standards, helping ensure information is trusted, governed, and ready for advanced analytics and AI use. You will partner closely with engineering and business stakeholders to strengthen data product integration, improve operational reliability, and support compliance in a regulated environment. The position also includes building and mentoring a data management team while driving adoption of common standards across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $185,500 – $344,500 annually
