Job summary

AAADSW is seeking a Contracts and Procurement leader to oversee client service contract management, procurement, and provider training. You’ll supervise Contracts Specialists and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and several years of supervisory and contracts administration experience, preferably in the public sector. You will coordinate with leadership, manage records, and support ADA and data breach

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services, Health Services, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible supervisory experience, including training/coaching/evaluation.
• Three (3) years of related experience with a track record in contracts administration and compliance (public sector preferred).
• Experience applying formal project management processes, tools, and principles to multi-stakeholder projects.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee client service contract management activities per policies.
• Analyze RFPs, contracts, renewals, and amendments for financial impact.
• Identify contract issues and develop resolution with leadership.
• Ensure procurement meets organizational needs and provide training to providers.
• Supervise staff including training and performance development.
• Manage Agency’s Contracts Policies and Procedures and monitor compliance.
