Job summary

CSL Behring in King of Prussia, PA seeks Senior Director of Contracting Strategy and Innovation to lead development of contracting strategy and innovative offerings across PBM/Payers, Hospital/IDN, and Specialty Pharmacy channels. You will guide channel Contracting Strategy Directors and align strategies with brand access and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech US market access with 5+ years designing novel contract offerings.
• Experience leading contracting strategy teams with senior-level reports.
• Proven track record in value-based/outcomes-based agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead across-channel contracting strategy for PBM/Payer, Hospital/IDN, and Specialty Pharmacy/Clinic channels.
• Provide strategic direction and alignment to Directors to ensure coordinated contract approaches.
• Lead ideation and deployment of novel contract models, including VBAs and outcomes-based pricing.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Policy and field teams to ensure compliant, viable contracts.
• Develop business cases and governances for new contract offerings and pilots.
