Responsibilities

• Establish long-term strategy for contract management, reimbursement analytics, and contract performance monitoring.
• Serve as executive owner for Experian Contract Manager and related reimbursement intelligence platforms.
• Develop governance frameworks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and accountability across contract modeling.
• Align contract management with financial, operational, and managed care objectives.
• Provide executive oversight for Experian Contract Manager utilization and enhancements.
• Define priorities and capabilities to improve visibility into reimbursement performance and payer compliance.
• Collaborate with IT and Revenue Cycle leadership to roadmap platform capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, and contract intelligence.
• Develop enterprise monitoring programs to measure payer adherence and revenue leakage.
• Model financial impact of proposed contract terms with Managed Care leadership.
• Create monitoring and audit programs to protect revenue and ensure compliance.
• Lead comparisons between Experian and EPIC expectations to correct discrepancies.
