Job summary

University Health is seeking a Director, Managed Care Analytics to lead payer analytics, contract modeling, and contract performance optimization across the enterprise. You will develop advanced financial, statistical, and predictive models to support managed care contracting, value-based care, and revenue optimization, leveraging AI, automation, and modern data platforms to deliver real-time insights.

This role partners with Finance, IT, Patient Access, and clinical operations to ensure data

Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare analytics, decision support, or revenue cycle analytics.
• 3–5+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Demonstrated experience leading payer contract modeling.
• Experience with value-based care and alternative payment models.
• HFMA certification preferred; Epic Resolute reimbursement certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise payer analytics, contract modeling, and contract performance optimization.
• Develop advanced financial, statistical, and predictive models to support contracting strategy and value-based care performance.
• Transform analytics into AI-augmented decision capabilities with automation and data platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Patient Access, Revenue Integrity, clinical operations, and other stakeholders to ensure data integrity and strategic alignment, and participate in AI governance.
