Job summary

Paramount is seeking a Director of Analytics Engineering to lead the Content & Subscriber Analytics Engineering team within the Content & Lifecycle Analytics function. You will craft the technical vision for content and subscriber data, build a high-impact team, and drive data quality across two domains.

You will collaborate with senior leaders in content operations, licensing, billing, and product to ensure reliable datasets, dashboards, and actionable insights for Paramount+, Pluto TV,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytical/data engineering roles with leadership experience.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data governance practices.
• Experience building/scaling data platforms (Databricks, Airflow, Spark).
• Exposure to content metadata and subscriber data ecosystems.
• Fluency with cloud data environments and BI tools; able to align data with business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics engineering for content metadata and subscriber data domains.
• Set strategy and roadmap for data infrastructure; balance near-term needs with long-term platform investments.
• Champion data governance, testing, documentation, and code reviews across the team.
• Partner with engineering, product, and executives to align priorities with company strategy.
• Drive data quality, anomaly detection, and operational dashboards for content catalog health and subscriber metrics.
