Job summary

Paramount is seeking a Director of Analytics Engineering to lead the Content & Subscriber Analytics Engineering team. You will define technical vision for two data domains and build a team that turns raw metadata, viewing data, and subscription events into reliable datasets, dashboards, and insights.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytical/data engineering roles with leadership experience.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT and performance optimization.
• Experience building scalable data platforms with Databricks, Airflow, Spark.

Responsibilities

• Lead content and subscriber data pipelines and data strategy.
• Develop data governance, standards, and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business to align priorities.
