Job summary

S&P Global Ratings is seeking a Director of Product Management for Credit Analytics to lead the full product lifecycle across Credit Analytics, RiskGauge, and related platforms. You will shape AI-ready initiatives, define the roadmap, and collaborate with technology, data, and commercial teams to drive growth and value.

The role requires 10+ years in technology, data, or analytics with 7+ years in product management, plus leadership experience with Product Owners and SAFe delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology, data, or analytics.
• 7+ years in product management, business analysis, or program management.
• Experience leading product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and execution for tech/data products.
• Experience leading Product Owners or cross-functional teams in matrix orgs.
• Experience partnering with engineering, data, commercial, and go-to-market teams to deliver features.
• Experience with SAFe methodology and PI Planning.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product and data strategy to grow Credit Analytics business.
• Own and deliver roadmap for Credit Analytics and related products including AI-driven initiatives.
• Lead PI Planning and SAFe delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain feedback loops with commercial, go-to-market, technology, and clients teams.
• Manage Product Operations, including support across the Credit Analytics suite.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and Product Operations staff.
