PayPal is seeking a Content Design Leader to shape and govern content strategy across products, creating a coherent system rather than optimizing a single screen. You will establish the standards, lexicon, and governance to scale consistent user experiences and lead a high-performing content design team.

You will drive the strategy for product voice, terminology, and information architecture, partnering with senior stakeholders to influence executive decisions and advance business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and articulate clear functional strategy aligned with content and design strategy that enhances user experience within digital products and applications
• Negotiate with and influence decision-making reaching the senior executive level
• Identify and resolve unique situations of substantial significance in field of content design expertise or knowledge
• Allocate resources, responsibly and apply creativity to problem analysis and resolution in complicated and/or novel situations
• Provide support, coaching and guidance to others
• Support and mentor less-experienced roles to provide an example of innovation, excellence, and day-to-day learning
