Job summary

The role requires experience leading client engagements, building credibility with C-level stakeholders, and delivering measurable P&L impact while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree; MBA preferred; master's degree in related field.
• 6+ years of consumer/retail or consulting experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
• Strong written communication and ability to develop client-ready documents.
• Open to domestic travel up to 70% M-F.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements across transformation, performance improvement, and M&A.
• Build and lead high-performing teams on engagements with rigor and speed.
• Own C-level and board relationships and guide strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities for EBITDA expansion and shareholder value.
• Synthesize data into enterprise-level recommendations with P&L impact.
• Drive change management and stakeholder alignment across organizations.
• Build durable client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Contribute to tools, methodologies, and recruiting efforts.
