Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Director of Consumer Collections to lead strategy, operations and regulatory compliance across consumer loan portfolios, including mortgages, auto loans and home equity products.

You will shape delinquency strategies, optimize recoveries, oversee repossessions and ensure FDCPA, FCRA and other rules are followed. This executive role requires 10+ years in collections and at least 5 years in leadership, with proven experience in risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive collections strategies across consumer loan portfolios.
• Oversee delinquency management, loss mitigation, repossessions, sale of collateral, foreclosures, ORE, recovery and charge-off activities.
