CBG Surveying Texas seeks an experienced Manager/Director of Construction Surveying & Operations to lead the development, growth, and long-term success of the Construction Surveying Division. This role is not a senior surveyor position and requires proven leadership in surveying operations and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive construction surveying experience.
• Minimum 5 years of proven management experience leading teams.
• PLS/RPLS license preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead CBG's Construction Surveying Division from the ground up.
• Develop staffing, SOPs, quality standards, and operating procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Oversee all technical aspects of construction surveying projects from planning to completion.
• Develop scopes of work, estimates, budgets, and client communication.
