Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in construction operations management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with design-build, ideally in manufacturing or mission-critical facilities.
• Proven success in managing large-scale projects and complex teams.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor construction leaders and recruit top talent.
• Own full P&L accountability and manage operating budgets.
• Lead monthly reviews and forecasting of revenue and margins.
• Oversee invoicing and manage construction risk across projects.
• Represent C1S in project pursuits, site walks, and client meetings.
• Drive preconstruction and business development activities.
