The Company

A very well-capitalised, high-growth distributed generation platform is expanding its U.S. portfolio across solar, battery storage, fuel cells, wind, and other onsite energy assets.

The business develops, acquires, owns and operates its projects, giving this hire real influence from preconstruction through construction and long-term operations.

The Role

Lead the end-to-end construction delivery of multiple distributed generation and utility-scale projects across the U.S.

You will own:

• Preconstruction readiness, project handover and NTP
• Construction execution through commissioning, COD and handover
• Budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, safety and QA/QC
• Building scalable processes as the portfolio and construction team grow
• Project managers, preconstruction resources, EPCs and subcontractors
• Coordination across Development, Engineering, Asset Management and O&M

What They Need

• U.S. renewable energy construction experience in either solar or BESS
• You must have personally led either: At least two utility-scale solar or BESS projects end-to-end; or Multiple DG solar or BESS projects end-to-end
• Full project lifecycle ownership - not only site or field supervision
• Experience managing multiple projects, contractors and internal stakeholders
• A process-driven, proactive and collaborative operating style
