Edged Data Centers seeks an accomplished Director, Construction Programs to lead a large-scale Ohio data center development and oversee additional projects within the state. This role requires driving delivery strategies, coordinating with utilities, and aligning with hyperscale customer requirements.

You will manage safety, cost, schedule, and quality while mentoring program managers and presenting executive updates. A fast-paced, collaborative environment with growth opportunities awaits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 7+ years of related experience on complex projects (>$250M).
• 15+ years of experience leading large-scale mission-critical or industrial construction programs, including hyperscale data center delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all phases of a major Ohio data center development (> $250M), from site prep to commissioning and turnover.
• Serve as senior construction lead for the Ohio market with multi-site oversight.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, contingency and cash flow; report key metrics to leadership.
