Job summary

Seacoast Bank seeks a Director of Construction Administration to lead the bank's construction loan administration for both commercial and residential portfolios in Orlando. You will establish governance, policies, controls, and risk frameworks to ensure loans align with credit structures, regulatory requirements, and lien laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive commercial construction lending or construction administration experience.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing construction administration, loan operations, or related banking teams.
• Strong understanding of CRE lending, budgeting, inspections, draw administration, lien law, title insurance, and project risk management.
• Experience developing policies, procedures, controls, reporting and governance frameworks.
• Advanced analytical, project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Teams and construction portfolio systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction loan administration operations across commercial and residential portfolios.
• Oversee draw administration and inspections.
• Manage portfolio risk reporting and exception monitoring.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Develop staff and improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with lenders, credit, risk, and operations teams.
• Provide governance over loan setup, documentation review, budget analysis, draw administration, and lien compliance.
• Develop executive reporting, portfolio analytics, and dashboards for senior leadership.
