Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a consultancy or expert-witness setting.
• Strong track record in overseeing disputes, especially delay and quantum.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering advisory and expert services in construction disputes, focusing on delay and cost issues.
• Oversee preparation, strategy, and presentation of claims for clients on major infrastructure and commercial projects.
• Provide expert input and strategic guidance on complex project disputes.
• Act as key contact for clients, building long-term relationships and supporting business development.
• Help expand the firm’s footprint in the region and contribute to winning new work.
