Qualifications

• At least 8 years of meaningful construction litigation experience.
• Strong experience managing substantial litigation matters with limited supervision.
• Excellent drafting, deposition and client facing skills.
• A practical, commercially minded approach and genuine interest in building a construction practice.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex construction disputes involving owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors and design professionals
• Manage matters through discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, arbitration and trial
• Advise clients on contract disputes, delay and disruption claims, defective work, lien issues and professional liability matters
• Work directly with experienced partners and sophisticated clients across the construction industry
