HKA is seeking a Director to lead and expand its Construction Advisory Services practice. You will combine deep construction audit, governance, and technology enablement with strong client leadership and business development to improve capital program performance and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of construction consulting or related advisory experience.
• Experience leading large-scale advisory engagements and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements, budgets, and teams.
• Strong executive-level communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience developing client relationships and contributing to business development.

Responsibilities

• Executive client advisory and relationship management with owners, developers, and agencies.
• Lead complex advisory engagements across construction audits, governance, and PMO.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and quality assurance for multiple concurrent engagements.
• Lead PMIS enablement, analytics, reporting, and project controls improvements.
• Develop and pursue new business opportunities and client expansion.
• Mentor and develop advisory professionals across levels.
