FEDABB is seeking a Director to drive day-to-day operations, strategic development and value creation for its COMMV members throughout Belgium. The role combines direction with hands-on initiative, engaging with Co-Chairs, the Board, FEDABB staff and external partners.

The successful candidate will manage multiple themes, translate needs into priorities, and travel regularly across Belgium to stay connected with local COMMVs and stakeholders.

Formación

• Experienced, entrepreneurial generalist with ability to move between topics and take on Director-level autonomy.
• Broad experience in operations, services, people, resources, external partners and stakeholders.
• Proven track record in optimising operations and translating needs into concrete improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Capture and translate COMMV needs into clear priorities and initiatives.
• Provide direction for FEDABB's development and ensure coherence across themes and activities.
• Strengthen member services and explore partnerships to create additional value.
• Translate ideas into concrete actions, monitor progress and ensure implementation.
• Combine remote work with regular on-site presence across Belgium and maintain stakeholder contact.
• Lead FEDABB’s operational activities, create clarity around priorities and ensure professional operations.
• Develop proposals or organize initiatives as needed and present topics to groups.
