Job summary

GLIDE seeks a Compliance Systems & Infrastructure professional to design, implement, and continuously improve cross-functional systems, tools, and processes that ensure contract and grant compliance across departments. You will help build dashboards, calendars, and checklists to enhance oversight and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofit organizations with government-funded contracts and grants required; experience in administering San Francisco City and County contracts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve compliance systems, tools, and dashboards across GLIDE departments to meet contractual and grant requirements.
• Collaborate with the CCIO and department leads to standardize workflows, checklists, and documentation.
• Maintain centralized repositories for compliance documentation and support readiness for audits and monitoring visits.
