Job summary

GLIDE is a nationally recognized center for social justice based in San Francisco. The Associate Director of Compliance Systems will design, implement, and continuously improve the organizational systems, tools, governance processes, and cross-functional operating practices that enable GLIDE to meet contractual and grant compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5+ years in project management, operations, or compliance systems.
• Experience with nonprofit contracts, grants, and government-funded programs.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable processes.
• Experience with data analysis and databases.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement compliance systems and dashboards.
• Collaborate across Finance, Programs, Ops, and HR to standardize workflows.
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
• Prepare for audits and monitoring visits with standardized checklists.
• Identify and surface organizational compliance risks and gaps.
