Job summary

Mineralys seeks a senior compliance leader to drive the development and operationalization of the compliance program, ensuring adherence to healthcare laws and industry standards. You will build policies, procedures, training, and lead strategic initiatives.

The role requires 12+ years in pharma compliance, deep expertise in HCP engagement, risk assessment, and regulatory guidance, with certifications (CHC, CCEP) preferred. Remote work with up to 10% travel is available.

• expertise in policies, HCP engagement, risk assessment, and regulatory guidance;
• professional certifications (CHC, CCEP) preferred.
