Job summary

Google Cloud Consulting is seeking a Complex Program Delivery Executive to lead high-impact, multi-stream transformations for top enterprise clients, with a strong focus on AI-driven and enterprise agentic initiatives.

You will partner with C-suite and VP+ executives, shape end-to-end transformation roadmaps, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Google Cloud and partners to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years in a customer-facing role within management consulting, enterprise tech or services.
• Experience leading enterprise cloud/digital transformation programs and engaging C-suite stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer sites.

• 20 years of experience in a customer-facing role within management consulting, enterprise technology, or professional services (including 10 years in program management).
• Experience leading enterprise cloud/digital transformation programs and building relationships with C‑suite stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customer sites as required.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.
• Program Management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP) or equivalent enterprise technology experience.
• Experience orchestrating large, multi-workstream programs involving customers, partners, and internal teams within a matrixed, global organization.
• Experience building business transformation journeys, performing outcome-based data analysis, and articulating explicit technology ROI to executive stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the Google Cloud ecosystem, enterprise AI/ML landscape, and experience driving enterprise agentic transformation.

The Google Cloud Consulting (GCC) team is evolving to meet the demands of large-scale, multi-stream, $1B+ enterprise transformations. As a Complex Program Delivery Executive, you will serve as the single point of accountability for building, operationalizing, and delivering our most strategic customers' transformation journeys, with a heavy focus on AI-driven and enterprise agentic transformation.

Combining high-level strategic advisory with rigorous delivery execution, you will act as the trusted advisor to C-suite and VP+ executives—defining the "how" behind their most ambitious goals, managing multi-disciplinary delivery teams (FDEs, PSO, Partners), and ensuring they realize tangible business value from their investment in Google Cloud and Gemini. You will lead change management and customer experience on the account, navigating organizational complexities from early-stage services strategy through to complex, multi-workstream execution.
