Job summary

Google Cloud Consulting (GCC) seeks a Complex Program Delivery Executive to lead and deliver AI-driven enterprise transformations for our most strategic clients. You will serve as the single accountability for building, operationalizing, and delivering multimillion-dollar journeys, coordinating FDEs, PSO, and partners while ensuring measurable business value.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 20 years of experience in a customer-facing role within management consulting, enterprise technology, or professional services (including 10 years in program management).
• Experience leading enterprise cloud/digital transformation programs and building relationships with C‑suite stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customer sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Advise C‑suite and VP+ stakeholders on AI transformation, building and operationalizing the customer’s end-to-end AI and services strategy.
• Establish and lead the program operating model and governance structure, driving change management and platform adoption to ensure realized value.
• Orchestrate complex, multi-disciplinary programs spanning global offices, coordinating cross-functional resources across Google Cloud and partner teams.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and roadmaps to align stakeholder expectations, coordinate resources, and track progress toward business outcomes.
• Execute comprehensive risk management, assess mitigation activities, and enforce process compliance to optimize project delivery.

Minimum qualifications

Preferred qualifications

• Master's degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.
• Program Management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP) or equivalent enterprise technology experience.
• Experience orchestrating large, multi-workstream programs involving customers, partners, and internal teams within a matrixed, global organization.
• Experience building business transformation journeys, performing outcome-based data analysis, and articulating explicit technology ROI to executive stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the Google Cloud ecosystem, enterprise AI/ML landscape, and experience driving enterprise agentic transformation.

The Google Cloud Consulting (GCC) team is evolving to meet the demands of large-scale, multi-stream, $1B+ enterprise transformations. As a Complex Program Delivery Executive, you will serve as the single point of accountability for building, operationalizing, and delivering our most strategic customers' transformation journeys, with a heavy focus on AI-driven and enterprise agentic transformation.

Combining high-level strategic advisory with rigorous delivery execution, you will act as the trusted advisor to C‑suite and VP+ executives—defining the "how" behind their most ambitious goals, managing multi-disciplinary delivery teams (FDEs, PSO, Partners), and ensuring they realize tangible business value from their investment in Google Cloud and Gemini. You will lead change management and customer experience on the account, navigating organizational complexities from early-stage services strategy through to complex, multi-workstream execution.
