Secretariat is a global consulting firm providing expert economics and data-driven insights to leading law firms, corporations, and regulators. We are seeking a Director to guide analytical strategy, manage workstreams, and deliver defensible economic analyses on high-stakes matters.

You will lead case teams, collaborate with economists, and mentor junior members while delivering impact for prestigious clients in a dynamic, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in consulting, law, regulatory, or corporate advisory roles.
• Proven experience on high-profile IP, antitrust, merger and conduct matters.
• Strong project management and client-facing capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to present complex issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead one to three cases at a time and manage Associates.
• Organize case research and data analysis.
• Collaborate with economists on analysis and strategy.
• Provide defensible insights to clients, counsel, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to IP team development.
