They play a central role during war room situations, leading real-time monitoring and analysis when speed, judgment, and precision matter most.

In addition, the Director is responsible for stewarding and evolving Narrative's competitive intelligence technology stack—maximizing the value of existing tools while identifying opportunities to improve insight quality, speed, and operational efficiency. This role works cross-functionally with Creative, Insights, and Business Development teams to ensure monitoring outputs meaningfully inform storytelling, strategy, and growth.

  • Cross-Divisional Enablement
  • Enable Creative, Insights, and Business Development teams by integrating monitoring outputs into storytelling, analytical frameworks, and proposals when elevated intelligence or context is required.
  • Technology & Platform Stewardship
  • Own the effective use and evolution of the competitive intelligence technology stack, maximizing value from existing platforms while identifying opportunities to improve insight quality, speed, and operational efficiency.
