Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive supply chain experience, preferably within biotech/pharma, including 5+ years in comparator sourcing.
• 5+ years of leadership and people development experience.
• Experience working in a global, complex supply chain organization with strong influencing and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global comparator sourcing strategy aligned with clinical development priorities and supply continuity.
• Shape sourcing plans to support customer needs, new product access, supplier diversification, and resilience.
• Lead supplier partnerships with governance, performance reviews, and long-term collaboration.
• Represent comparator sourcing in cross-functional reviews and provide executive updates on delivery and risk.
