Qualificações

• Minimum five (5) years of experience managing operational or project budgets.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university AND minimum ten (10) years of experience in government, public health, health services, economic development, community/social/human services, or related field OR Minimum thirteen (13) years of experience in government, public health, health services, economic development, community/social/human services, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Directs planning and implementation of long-term community health strategic plans.
• Leads budgeting and financial planning for community health programs and grants.
• Directs grantmaking and investments, including committee meetings and strategic decisions.
• Directs communication strategies with community agencies, stakeholders, and media.
• Oversees community health program management across national and market levels, aligning with priorities.
