Kaiser Permanente in Hawaii seeks an experienced healthcare operations leader to guide utilization management, care coordination, social work, and discharge planning. You will partner with senior leaders to shape strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive programs that improve care quality and cost effectiveness across MauiHealth System.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of experience in a clinical environment (outpatient, acute, post-acute care, and/or home health).
• Minimum five (5) years of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, public administration, nursing, social services, health services or business OR four (4) years of directly related experience.
• Licensure requirements: Licensed Social Worker (Hawaii) OR Registered Nurse License (Hawaii) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Hawaii). CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers OR Basic Life Support.

Responsabilités

• Directs and collaborates with Directors of Care Case Management for strategic goals of Utilization Management.
• Ensures consistency in social work programs/services and quality management; fiscal management and patient/community planning.
• Collaborates with community organizations to develop new Maui Health System programs.
• Leads utilization management, discharge planning, and social services alignment across departments.
• Represents and presents to senior executives and other key clients as needed.
