Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a Director to lead outreach and strategy for Doylestown Health alignment. You will oversee administrative, fiscal, programs and services across outreach, corporate and associate wellness teams.

Responsibilities include budget, contracting, and business planning; you will collaborate with hospital groups and community partners, develop community health initiatives, and supervise wellness program delivery ensuring clinical and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; a master's is preferred.
• 5+ years in healthcare education and technology, HR, operations or business management.
• 10 years in marketing development within healthcare or consumer sectors. Leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordinate administrative, fiscal, programs and services for outreach and wellness teams.
• Develop and manage budgets, contracts, and program plans; seek cost efficiencies and impact.
• Collaborate with internal hospital groups and community partners on needs assessments and outreach strategy.
• Oversee corporate, community and associate wellness initiatives and program delivery.
