Job summary

Penn Medicine's Primary Care Memorial Drive clinic in Doylestown is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join a team of 8 providers. The practice cares for patients aged 5 and up in an ambulatory setting and uses the EPIC EMR system.

Lead Clinician opportunities may be available, partnering with operational leadership to improve quality and patient satisfaction. Board-certified/eligible physicians in Family or Internal Medicine are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Experience in ambulatory primary care is preferred.
• Experience with EPIC EMR is a plus.

Position Description

Penn Primary Care Memorial Drive is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join their team of 8 providers, 4 physicians and 4 APPs, who care for a diverse patient population age 5+ in the ambulatory setting. The practice is located on the Doylestown Hospital campus and utilizes the Epic EMR, which is universal throughout the University of Pennsylvania Health System (UPHS). Physicians in the practice have the opportunity to work with medical students from the Perelman School of Medicine.

For experienced physicians interested in practice‑level leadership, this position could include Lead Clinician recognition. Lead Clinicians partner with operational leadership to support the practice in achieving practice and system goals. The duties fall into the following pillars of focus: communication, quality/patient satisfaction, professionalism, program develop/recruitment, and practice performance.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates must be board certified/eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
