Job summary

MaineTouch LLC in Portland, Maine, seeks an experienced Clinical Director to join our leadership team and help develop our Behavioral Health Program slated to launch in 2027.

This role provides clinical leadership, program development oversight, policy and service standards creation, and compliance guidance with MaineCare and DHHS, while coordinating staffing, training, and collaboration with community partners during the program build‑out for long‑term growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active Maine clinical license, preferably LCSW or LCPC.
• Experience in behavioral health services and clinical supervision.
• Knowledge of MaineCare and Maine behavioral health regulations preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in program development is a plus.
