Job Summary

As Business Leader for Venmo Checkout, you will develop and drive key initiatives to support our growth objectives. This high-visibility role requires collaboration across functions to lead, execute, monitor, and deliver results, influencing without direct authority and leveraging data, customer insights, and industry trends to prioritize initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy: Use data and insights to develop growth strategies, identify new revenue opportunities, define the consumer value proposition, and leverage Venmo and PayPal assets for growth.
  • Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and engage in sales and business development efforts.
  • Performance Measurement & Reporting: Analyze business performance, establish targets with finance, and track revenue, margins, and user engagement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability in complex environments
  • Proven experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives with results
  • Financial modeling and data analysis skills for decision support
  • Exceptional communication skills, including experience with senior management and partners

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years in management, product management, or consulting
  • Experience in Payments, Financial Services, or E-Commerce
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Collaborative and self-motivated with experience in matrix organizations
