    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
    - Lead multiple commercial sales initiatives leveraging data analytics and cross-department collaboration
    - Direct the Commercial Sales Strategy team and oversee North American Sales strategy
    - Analyze sales data to provide recommendations and develop new trade programs
    - Design and implement travel partner incentive strategies to enhance market penetration
    - Manage the agency/partner contract lifecycle and generate performance analyses for stakeholders

    What is Required (Qualifications):
    - Master's Degree preferred in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, STEM, or a related field
    - Minimum 10 years of Business and Commercial Strategy experience, with exposure to finance, analytics, and project management
    - Minimum 6 years of experience working on multidisciplinary teams in large organizations
    - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel
    - Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team

    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
    - Experience with Power BI, Power Pivot, Tableau, SQL, or other coding
    - Salesforce experience
    - Proven entrepreneurial mindset and successful track record of delivering results
    - Ability to lead and mentor direct reports
    - Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex analyses
