Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business unit’s expert on regulatory matters surrounding commercial credit topics.
• Stay current on regulatory expectations and inform the business unit of regulatory shifts.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Relations teams to address key changes within the business unit.
• Ensure regulatory documentation and governance conform to regulatory and enterprise standards.
• Lead and coordinate regulatory remediation efforts with Credit Review and Audit teams.
